I spent a lot of time this year on the trails, snowshoeing, backpacking, and running. I've been sidelined the last few weeks with what I believe is an "overuse" injury (pain behind the knee). This has kept me off the trails for the last three weeks. I have an appointment with the orthopedic doctor tomorrow, but that didn't keep me from running in Yosemite National Park this past weekend with Faye. The weather was perfect for running, the views were incredible, and I had a blast getting back on the trails after being idle for so long.
